3.0Location in Breuil was near to the centre, walking distance. Good shop nearby. Good coffee nearby.
− 1-the appartment had no curtains. It is located near an all night illuminated hotel: problems to go asleep! 2-the appartment is advertised to have a garage (not fit for overzized vehicles). Reality is that a mdium sized car cannot use the garage, it is only fit for small and short length cars. My statement is that the used wording about the garage is INCORRECT. I damaged my car (BMW320 dated 2010, zo absolutely no SUV alike) going inside! I hold the renting company and the owner at least partly responsible for my damage! I challenge Booking to adapt the text on this appartment.

3.0Great location. Has a balcony.
− The keys for this apartment need to be collected and dropped off from a pickup point 15mins away (by car). The neighbours were noisy (think ski boots on wooden floors at all hours) so a good night's sleep was impossible. It didnt help that the walls are paper thin. There is no oven or grill, and the WiFi works 50% of the time. Communication with the apartment management people was very difficult. Overall, not a great experience.

9.0The place was actually cleaner and nicer than expected from the pictures. Well equipped kitchen even with a fondue pan, basic spices so you don’t need to go and buy, coffee, tea etc A nice silent place walking distance from the ski lift.
− Keys to the outer door were a bit hard to use.
An enjoyable stay in a well located, clean and comfortable apartment
8.0Due to an oversight the apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but a quick call to your team soon resolved the problem. Cleaners came within two hours and everything was fine after that. Apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were courteous and polite.
− Not easy to find the right key for every door. Could they perhaps be labelled to make it easier? The underground garage entrance key was very hard to use, and didn’t work at all when we were leaving on our last morning. Luckily someone opened the door from the outside after 5 minutes so we were able to get out. Very surprised that guests are expected to take the rubbish to the external bins. First time I’ve every been asked to do that!
