일방적 숙박취소후 환불안해주고 연락도 안됨

숙소에서 체크인 한시간전에 일방적으로 취소통보를 부킹닷컴이 아닌 왓썹으로 연락을 함. 부킹닷컴 메세지 창에는 체크인시간안내를 하고 왓썹으로 수도에 문제가 생겨서 숙박을 할수없다고 연락을 받음. 환불도 4-6일안에 해준다고 해놓고 10일이 넘은 지금 환불도 못받고 숙소측과 연락도 안됨. 부킹닷컴에도 예약취소를 하지않고 예약확정이 되어있음. 결론은 이곳은 돈을 떼어먹는 사기꾼 업체임. 만약 환불을받고 숙소측과 연락이 된다면 이메세지를 삭제 하겠음. I received a unilateral cancellation notice via WhatsApp just ONE HOUR before check-in. Interestingly, they sent a standard check-in guide through the official Booking.com message center, while using WhatsApp to claim there was a "plumbing/water supply issue" and that we couldn't stay. ​They promised a full refund within 4 to 6 days. However, it has been over 10 days, and I have not received a single penny. To make matters worse, the property has completely cut off contact with me, yet my booking on Booking.com is still shown as "Confirmed" because they never officially cancelled it through the platform. ​They are fraudsters who take your money and disappear. ​I will delete this review only after I receive a full refund and the property contacts me to resolve this issue.

Desconsideração total por parte do alojamento que ignorou por completo as condições stressantes em que nos encontrávamos

A localização e a rede de Wi-Fi

− Tudo o resto. O pior foi que tivemos uns insectos que apareceram no apartamento e contactei o alojamento e disseram que aumentavam, pediram fotografias, pediram os dados da reserva do booking pensando eu que iriam fazer alguma coisa relativamente a isso e não fizeram absolutamente nada. Lamentável. Falar com os responsáveis do alojamento também é praticamente impossível, fui cheia de medo de chegar lá e não ter alojamento porque contactei-os várias vezes antes de viajar e o booking também e nunca responderam. Tornou-se numa viagem stressante só por causa do alojamento escolhido. Não recomendo de todo
