Great location, great instructions, lovely house

Lovely cottage in a fab location. Highly recommended. I will definately return
10.0Great cottage in an ideal location for me. Quiet enough to relax but just a stones throw to all the amenities Whitstable has to offer. The CoOp is a 2 min walk and the closet pub 3-4. A very short walk to town centre and beach left me extreemly happy with the choice I had made. Lovely small garden where I was able to take in the sun with a glass of wine. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my queries.
− I struggled to find a parking place a couple of times but considering it was a bank holiday it was to be expected. Once the holiday was over parking not an issue
Great comfortable little cottage situated close to all amenities and well positioned to explore east Kent.
9.0Pleasant little cottage. Situated just off the main road so quiet esp at night. Well appointed and comfortable. Great for those with dogs as it has a fully enclosed medium sized lawned garden which is also quite a sun-trap . Heating and hot water functioned perfectly. Good functioning Wi-Fi. 10 min walk to great little shops and about 7-8 mins to west beach which is year round dog friendly. There are also lots of good restaurants and pubs within a short walk - most dog friendly. And don’t forget the specialty-oysters(everywhere ) Whitstable has EV charging points that actually work ! Sadly not all of them.
− Whilst publicised as sleeping six the 3rd bedroom is an attic conversion reached by steps- not suitable for those with mobility issues. The main stairs are also “open” and could be a risk for small children. To be fair it is advertised as such. The tv is a little long in the tooth taking a while to “fire up”. Whitstable gets very busy - even during our stay at the end of April, especially at the weekend. Parking was extremely difficult on Friday and Saturday with virtually nowhere to park near the property, even the public car parks proved difficult. - A real pain if you’ve been out for the day.
Incredibly comfortable and well-decorated cottage, perfect for a cozy weekend away
9.0My three girlfriends and I came for the weekend and stayed in this lovely cottage. We have to say the beds were exceptionally comfortable in the two main bedrooms, and the bed in the loft was also comfy even if the ladder-like stairs are something to contend with (as mentioned in the posting!). We enjoyed hanging out in the evening in the living room and having breakfast in the kitchen. The cottage is decorated really well and feels like a real home vs. a rental. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you'd need for cooking, and there is a large fridge and freezer too. We'd highly recommend!

9.0Beautiful property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well located in Whitstable- just a short walk from the high street. Beds were very comfortable as was the sofa. We had a lovely weekend staying here and would highly recommend the property.
− The welcome pack and emails had an officious tone. Perhaps due to a bad experience in the past but it could be phrased in a way to make you feel more welcome while still giving you a list of how to care for the property.
