It was a wonderful trip and experience
8.0The location was amazing and the price was great. I thought I had booked the upstairs unit, but I may have booked the wrong one. The only thing that was ask issue was the steps for my mom. But everything was on one floor, so once we were in it was very easy. The decor was very warm and nice.
− 1. The WiFi code given was initially wrong. But they responded super fast with the correct one. 2. It was super cold but they provided blankets and space heaters and that helped a lot. 3. The trash cans were full from the previous tenants when we arrived, so I had to empty their trash and there weren’t anymore trash bags. But instead of bothering the hosts again, I just used a shopping bag for our weekend trash. Those were all minor things and at the end of the day, we had a great time and I would definitely book it again.

10.0Location was perfect for us, they had pretty much anything we could need.
− Shower was a little bit small, and it would be nice if there were regular fans in the rooms as they got warm at night.
Really excellent except for unexpected noise from above.

− Didn’t know it was a basement suite with tenants above. Host was great about the issue though!

10.0Location is great - walking distance to the mall. Instructions were clear and timely. The house is super clean and very well-equipped (they even offer slippers!). Very comfortable beds. The place is lovely. The hosts are kind and provide good communications. We stayed here before and we'd consider to stay again in the future.

− The only issue was noise level. However, there were no issues after approximately9:00pm., Please note that the only exception is that the facilities does not accommodate persons with mobility issues.
