8.0The neighborhood and short walk to downtown Boyne City and the lake. The house was spacious, especially the open kitchen and living room area. The outdoor seating areas and fire pit were fabulous!
− Some of the bedrooms upstairs were hot. Bathrooms could use some updating, rugs need to be cleaned.
