− Läget över en bar med live musik kan kännas störigt då ljudet går rakt upp till master sovrummet.

We loved the location and it was a comfortable though compact apartment which was well-stocked. It was good having 2 bathrooms and bunk beds for our 2 kids.

− There was noise at night from a bar, which went quite late - that bothered one of our party though others didn't mind so much. We didn't like the arrangement for storage of skis and boots, as there is no separate ski/bootroom and instead we were requested to keep them in the apartment. We paid to keep them off-site instead. We found the online portal for check-in to be cumbersome but we have noticed more and more places are using this kind of portal. Overall I thought the apartment was expensive for what it was but we had a great time there and the location was worth it.

The property was clean, modern, comfortable, excellently equipped and the location was perfect. The support and communication from HelloChalet was excellent.

− We weren’t all able to take a shower (family of 5) without waiting a couple of hours for the water to reheat in between. Three quick showers seemed to be the maximum the boiler could handle before the showers were cold - not ideal when trying to get everyone out in the morning or after a day in the mountains.

This was our third trip to Cervinia and the accommodation was excellent. Very convenient to lifts.

The property was Clara’s and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is perfect with easy access to the Cretaz ski lift . Having 2 bathrooms was great and the living area is comfortable . The host was attentive and communication was excellent .

− The second bedroom is small . It’s probably best for a family but we managed fine with 4 adults . We had an issue with booking.com not honouring a payment agreement but the hosts were more than helpful in this issue.

Ideal to stay with family, close to ski rental and ski lift, very well equipped.

Location was ideal for us: on the main street near all the shops, restaurants but in the same time with windows on the other side so it was silent inside. Also the ski lift was 5 min walk in boots from the apartment. Same as ski rental. Inside the apartment was special place and holder to keep the skies and boots. It was fully equipped with dishes, different plates, glasses, pots, pans and so on. Also there were dishwasher and washing machine, kitchen towels (which are seldom put in apartments). It was most staffed apartment that I ever rent in Italy.

− Last day 23.02.2024 it was -11 outside and the temperature in the apartment was set as 19 degrees with no option to change it (it was written "don't touch"). I was so cold in the evening that I wear a coat and was sitting in the coat on the sofa. Also in the bedroom there was a heater but it didn't switch on during the whole week even once. In the bedroom was too cold for us.
