− There was an awful smell in the microwave, we met the owners while we were there and informed them of this. It smelt like cigarettes.

We had a lovely time here, and would certainly consider staying at this property again.
9.0Very spacious accommodation, situated in a lovely location. The park was clean and tidy and well maintained.
− Unfortunately we had an issue with the hob. Initially only one out of the four rings were working. On the plus side, communication with the number provided to rectify the problem was very good. An engineer was sent out quickly and managed to get another ring working, but the other two remained out of action for the duration of our stay. We understood that the problem wasn’t a quick fix, and we managed comfortably with just the two. We were kept updated throughout. A couple of minor cleaning issues were evident, namely the mirrors required more attention and dusty areas were apparent.

− Ants. Being infested was not happy never had this experience ever we have always stayed in caravans and never had this problem
If the ant infestation was sorted properly and cleaning standards better then I would stay again.
6.0The location is beautiful and ever so quiet.
− Upon arrival, we had to clean the whole inside of the caravan due to the cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Quite a lot of dust, crumbs on the kitchen floor and the sides were grubby. Not to mention the ant infestation. Nothing could be left on the side unattended or open as ants would be all over it. We left 2 empty cups out along with the kettle and as we came back all 3 items were full off ants. Also felt a bit uncomfortable as there was a ring doorbell so lack of privacy.

− Ants. Ants and more Ants. Caravan was infested with ants. The booking agent was not interested even though we provided pictures. Apparently we should have brought insect repellent.
