The host, Umair, is amazing person, so friendly and responsive, I would definitely rate him personally 10/10! The property is typical London apartment, have everything you need for the family. Close to the Olympia station and Bus station. Few minor issues, the water pressure is a problem, you can't use two showers at the same time. For three girls in family this is a problem, unfortunately. All the rest I can understand, the air-conditioners are portable. I can understand that in London it is difficult to install proper AC and it is ok. They make more noise but you need them only during hot nights. Matrasses are very soft, but I didn't felt uncomfortable.

El apartamento es ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, lugar tranquilo, seguro y cerca de todo tipo de locomoción para el lugar que uno quiera visitar. Cuenta con todo lo imprescindible para poder cocinar en caso de no salir, calefacción, dos baños completos, placares y un buen confort. El edificio en general tiene un muy buen aspecto y todas sus instalaciones funcionan correctamente.

− No tengo nada para comentar al respecto, solo una recomendación al anfitrión es de dejar alguna cartilla con el funcionamiento en general de los artefactos del apartamento como ser calefacción, luces, horno, lavarropas, donde arrojar basura, etc. Cabe aclarar que ante cualquier tipo de consultas el anfitrión responde de inmediato

Very neat and organised. Had everything we needed. They also provided clean white towels and all cleaning essentials which was brilliant.

Le calme du quartier. Le petit balcon pour prendre un thé. La disponibilité du propriétaire avant notre arrivée, lors de remise des clefs et pendant notre séjour.

− Peut-être un peu éloigné des commerces mais si l’on cherche du calme c’est assez logique.

Excellent host! Great location..lovely neat cozy flat. Clean and adequate crockery.

− Though there were 2 bathrooms with shower facilities, we could use only one at any one point as the water pressure was not coming in the the other bathroom if one is being used. Other than that there were no negatives.
