− I was traveling with a service dog and was given a disgusting room with stained sheets and holes in the wall with a horrible musty smell. I decided almost immediately I wasn't staying there and the property owner told me it was because I had a dog, he proceeded to offer to show me the room I would have gotten had I not traveled with an animal which only further insulted me. I was even charged an additional $50 for my service dog in addition to the nastiest hotel room I've ever seen in person. I called the bank immediately and they weren't seeing my refund but said it could take up to a week to be refunded, we'll see if the bank needs to dispute the charges or if I'll actually get it.

6.0Staff was pleasant and the room was nice. Standard room...comfortable bed, cable, etc...
− Pool very cold so kids only stayed in for a little bit. Breakfast was horrible. OJ machine was not working properly and the OJ had a very nasty taste. Apple juice was drinkable. Bagels were hard, like a rock. Syrup for waffles tasted horrible, like it was old. Vending machine stole $2.50 from us. Put money in but item did not come out both times.
