1.0− Hello, It was not Booking directly who confirmed the 5% refund, but your on-site concierge, who represents Booking, and I have proof of this on WhatsApp from last friday. For me, it’s the same as speaking directly to Booking. The refund was validated last Friday, a week ago. This is not the time to “contact the owners” — it is your responsibility to process the refund. As soon as I heard they were no longer responding, I immediately sent you several emails from my Booking account, but I received no reply until I called you today. Since Tuesday, both the owners and the concierge have stopped responding, and their change in attitude after our departure is suspicious. By delaying this refund, you are effectively endorsing their behavior. Please proceed with the 5% payment immediately. Berrada Karim
