Avoid this property – I was left to sleep in my car! I was in London for an important work event and had booked and paid for this room in advance. When I arrived to check in, I was told to retrieve the key from a lockbox, but the first two lockboxes were empty. Only after trying a third one did I find a key – which then didn’t even open the room door. After waiting outside for over 30 minutes at 1 a.m., the host finally arrived with a spare key. But when he opened the room, it was already occupied by other people. I was shocked. The host apologized and said, “I’ll refund you,” but that doesn’t fix what happened – I had to sleep in my car in a city I didn’t know, at night, after a long workday. This ruined my entire trip and affected my professional event the next day. Unacceptable experience. A refund is the minimum – I deserve compensation for the stress and damage caused. Do not trust this listing.

Good utilities. Spacious.

− Bed was not made on arrival and looked slept in. Pillow cases/bed covers were unclean and not changed, smelt like had been repeatedly slept on without washing. No toiletries for the shower, shower had to be rinsed down as hair was left on the inside walls. Uncomfortable/hard bed. Dusty and overall cleanliness unfortunately was not up to standard.

It was a grear place for a short stay
