L’emplacement est bien avec accès facile aux moyens de transport.

− En pleine nuit, la première nuit, Il y a eu des infiltrations d’eau du plafond au niveau du plafonnier(lampe) qui tombaient directement sur le lit. L’eau au contact des fils électriques provoquait des flameches. Ma sécurité et celle de la chambre et peut-être de maison aussi étaient menacées. Ce qui est grave c’est que les moyens de communication pour aviser étaient difficiles. La réactivité face à une situation pareille est incroyablement nulle. Vous imaginez, la seule réponse que j’ai obtenue difficilement est que c’est normal que ça arrive lorsqu’il pleut parce que ce sont des vieux bâtis. On m’a dit qu’il faut éteindre la lumière du plafonnier et utiliser la lampe du bureau pour éclairer. Bref, je suis resté 8 jours et la situation n’avait pas changé. Comme il avait plu d’autres jours, les infiltrations se multipliaient. La seule chose nouvelle est que <<l’équipe d’entretien>> avait mis un torchon sur le lit pour absorber les gouttes d’infiltration. Le confort et la sécurité du client ne comptaient pas. Je ne pouvais jamais imaginer ce niveau de qualité de service offert par booking.com. Ma confiance est fortement affectée. Ne me dites surtout pas que c’est la faute du propriétaire. Votre responsabilité est partagée.

Good location and nice and quiet despite being near the main train station. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Shower and toilet separate which is handy, but never fully waited for either. Small kitchen well stocked for plates and glasses etc. Had the single room. It is as the photos, I could stand (5ft 6) under the low part. I use pod hotels usually but this was better as had some space to dress. This was bigge rand had kitchen facilities so better than a pod and cheaper!!

− Directions could be clearer - 23 is a very nice vegetarian curry house. The flats are 23A.

The location was nice. Heart of the city. The common kitchen was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean.

− For a family of 3 adults, the room was extremely small. Actually the room was suitable only for a single person or a couple. They have just added a single bed in the walking space of a room suitable for backpackers. Even tough the washrooms were clean, it was common for 3 different families staying in 3 different rooms on the same floor. It is not at all suitable for a family stay. Moreover it was on the 2nd floor with narrow staircase: you have to lift all your luggage on your own till the 2nd floor. As it is a market area, the road is fully loaded with cars and trucks so you cannot park your vehicle even for a few minutes.

Quiet area & comfortable bed. Well located to euston station. Easy to find.

− Room was tiny barely had room beyond the bed, it was basically a cupboard.
