9.0The flat is super clean all facilities for travel or for visit is a good option in Southampton clean modern and there’s plant of supermarket near by and the manager is super kind and helpful

Overall disappointed, expected higher standard considering cost
6.0Key collection/return easy. Good shower. Off road parking at rear of property. Wasn't too noisy considering the lively Shirley neighbourhood but plenty of litter scattered on street outside and folk hanging around. Local Turkish supermarkets excellent.
− Overall disappointed. Bed in room very small double and cheap, stained linen, not put on properly either. Sky light directly above bed did not have a blind so we were woken up at dawn. LED lights fallen and hanging down above oven which felt a bit unsafe. Tried to re-secure ourselves but heat from kitchen meant sticky back unusable. Some cookware unusable as unwashed with heavy grease/grime. High stool at breakfast bar had a broken footstool which was a bit frustrating during our long stay. None of these issues were corrected during our stay after contact with owner.
