− Dès notre arrivée, l'appartement que nous avions réservé était infesté de cafards. Nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement, mais celui-ci présentait le même problème. Nous avons retrouvé des gros et des petits cafards dans la salle de bain, sur les toilettes et même sur le canapé. C'était un véritable problème d'hygiène et il était impossible de dormir sereinement. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises un appartement similaire à celui que nous avions réservé. La première proposition ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (configuration des lits différente, salle de bain en mauvais état, fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas). Il a fallu plusieurs jours de réclamations avant qu'une solution convenable nous soit proposée. Nous avons perdu une grande partie de nos vacances à gérer ces problèmes au lieu d'en profiter. Nous voyagions avec deux enfants et un bébé, et vivre dans un appartement infesté de cafards est tout simplement inacceptable. Je laisse cet avis afin que d'autres voyageurs, en particulier les familles, ne vivent pas le même calvaire que nous.
