The first thing we liked about casa Tata was the very welcoming host. She turned out to be an angel. My friend broke het foot and we ended up in a hospital. We called her to help us translate what the doctor said. But instead of just assisting on the phone, she showed up at the hospital and did not leave us until everything was done and that was at five o clock in the morning, ten hours l- and a ride back and forth to Santa Cruz - later. And for those who do not need so much care: the apartment is really great with two big bedrooms with a bathroom each, a fully equipped kitchen and: a place to park your car. It is on walking distance to the center of the town and on a five minute drive to the beach. And even a busstop with a bus - not too often - to the beach and to the town.

Our stay was perfect. Veronica and her family exceeded our expectations. For example: December 24, they helped us out with a problem we stupidly created ourselves, and all was fixed within 30 minutes. Also, we were given a lot of insider tips on where to go to, which restaurants to eat, which playas are nice, and so on. Also, the apartment is very, very comfortable, with a lot of accessoires (like a dish washer, kitchen tools). Thanks much, Veronica, we will be back!

Impressive & clean apartment

Very, very clean apartment, spotless actually. Well equipped kitchen, we were a family with 2 kids, lots of space to play, sleep, everything. Underground parking available for 1 car. Will come back for sure.

Great host, good size of the flat and very clean.

− Windows are single glazed - and there is quite a lot of noise coming from the street - the street is not very busy but in the middle of the night a light sleeper will likely struggle with it. The location is rather remote so you do need a car to reach tourist attractaions or restaurants.

I was traveling on my own and found this to be the cheapest apartment available at the time. It is very well equipped. Everything you will need and more. The owners had a welcome package ready for me with some food and the apartment is clean and spacious. Loved it. Verónica was very welcoming and helpful. She gave me some tips in regards of restaurants and surf spots on the island. Will definitely go back!!

− In the first bathroom, the water pressure in the shower is a little bit on the lower side, but even then it remains to be a very nice shower ;-)
