The advertisement is a fraud.
2.0Living room with a large table where we could spend time.
− The rental offer is false. This is not a villa with a private pool, but a house with apartments and two pools for shared use. From the upper apartments you have to walk around the building to get to the pool. The equipment is old, poorly finished, dirty. The chairs are broken. The bread cutting board - moldy, etc. In addition, the address indicated on booking.com is incorrect. The house is in a completely different place. The description on booking indicates that the sea is 350m away - in fact it is 1.1 - 1.2 km uphill. The indicated distances to bars, restaurants, etc. are also false. A car is necessary. The advertisement should be deleted or greatly improved because it misleads customers. The hostess Irini was very nice, but she had no influence on the offer. She directed the problems to the VillaMore agency, which ignored our comments related to the description on booking.com. I will not return to this place.

8.0Very nice house, comfortable, spacious, clean and well kept. Great communication with the hostess Irini. The pool and bbq area was lovely too but often occupied by the guests from the ground floor apartment so we didn't use it as much as we would like to.
− The location on booking.com map is not where the house actually is. Fine for young and fit but it's 1km up the steep hill and not by the beach.

7.0The view from the property was exceptional. Very clean. Pool was great although it is definitely NOT private as the listing quotes. The barbecue was a great added bonus but again we had to make sure no one else was using it first.
− Not a private pool or garden as it quotes in the listing. Very basic amenities left for us. The shower attachment came off the wall on the first time of using.

10.0The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool is very clean, the air conditioning keeps the bedrooms cool, and the view is fantastic.
− No complaints about the place. There is a unit on the ground floor that shares the pool and there is another unit detached but directly adjacent with a pool separated by a small barrier, so the pool isn't completely private. But this isn't a complaint, just to let future renters know.
