8.0The apartment was light and spacious and well equipped. Harrogate is a lovely town - we've been before and will definitely be back!
− No mirror in downstairs bathroom. Downstairs bathroom door sticks when opening and closing. Please put a hand towel in the bathoom. I asked if room fans could be provided - and nobody answered my request. The bed in the back bedroom was quite hard. Perhaps put a topper on it? Hooks in the bathroom and bedroom to hang things - towels for example in the bathroom.

10.0Great location in the town centre. Lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Just a few minutes' walk from the station. Very comfortable flat with all mod cons beautifully decorated and very clean. Fast responses to our queries, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
− There was a bit of street noise on Saturday night - well, it is in the middle of a busy town - but nothing too bad.
