The Villa was okay and in a good location, but really letdown with the maintenance and cleanness of the pool

The property was clean good size and good location

− The swimming pool had to be emptied and a deep clean as it had a tar like substance on my feet each time I went swimming when I told the company who managed the Villa they rectified the issue but I was at without a pool for a few days with no compensation

Only the location. Close to the strip and shops.

− I don’t often recommend not to stay somewhere but on this occasion I would definitely say don’t stay here. The villa is in a poor state with many calls to the property to sort various issues. There was broken glass all over the patio and various other faults. The main issue is SAFETY. There are numerous burglaries in the street the villa is on, even when occupied during the night. This happened 2 times while we were there. This actual Villa has also been burgled reading back over reviews. We had to chase someone off during the night also. Other villas on the street have security systems, this one doesn’t. We didn’t feel secure and didn’t sleep due to worry of burglaries. The property managers need to deal with this as it will keep happening.

Struttura bella e accogliente, zona tranquilla e vicinissima al centro che si può raggiungere a piedi in 5 minuti. L'acqua della piscina è pulita e viene fatta filtrare quotidianamente. Il mare si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti.

Good villa, but our stay was ruined by a burglary – beware of security issues.

The villa was spacious and had a great layout, perfect for a family. We especially enjoyed the private pool and outdoor area. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of our rest. Most importantly, our holiday was unfortunately ruined by a burglary.

− Our holiday was unfortunately ruined by a burglary. On the second evening, while we were out for dinner, someone broke into the villa and stole our belongings. There were no signs of forced entry, which was very disturbing. After doing some research, we discovered that similar incidents have happened before in this villa complex. We believe guests should be clearly warned about this risk. We’ve visited Cyprus many times and never experienced anything like this. We strongly recommend that the host improves the villa’s security and takes this issue seriously.

The location, the pool

− 3 of 4 of the air conditioner didn't work! We had to sleep in the living room for the first night. 3 doors couldn't be close at all. The safe was dead! The shower head in the main bedroom was broken. The curtains in the showers were not in the right place so a lot of water spilled out to the bathroom and then to the corridor. We tried to dry it but yet the flore was wet and very slippery. My son fell down on his back and lucky didn't brake any thing! I think that's it.
