7.0The staff were responsive and friendly, albeit 90% of interaction is virtual via WhatsApp . The location is good and facilities all clean and neat.
− The kitchenette was way smaller than I expected, especially for a two week stay. The egg pan needs replacing. I used Booking.com search criteria to find this place and it was the only one recommended of all flats in London for my criteria, so that probably needs a bit of adjustment re size of studio.
