8.0Clean, well stocked three bed one bath home.
− First, air conditioning is just in the dining room, the bedrooms don’t get very cool and get very stuffy if you want to close the door. Check out time and process were inconsistent - booking said checkout at 10:30, message from owner said 10:00. Luckily we were planning to leave early anyway. Also first message from owner just mentioned stripping the beds, then second email (which I received after leaving) included instructions to empty the trash - we did not do that because we didn’t know.

10.0The home was clean, quiet and a great location for my activities in Eugene. Close to UO, fitness center, pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and if available would use again without hesitation.

Overall, it was okay. The house was an older home and smelled like an older home, but okay.

− Hot water only lasted about 8 minutes before it had to be turned up more to continue hot water.
