8.0Lovley place and perfect for large groups. Within walking distance of motorpoint areana which is where we went for a concert and why I booked this house. Very good and easy communication with host.
− The garden area had several loose slabs that if you stepped on the wrong one, it would lift up, and a couple of the garden chairs were dodgy to sit. There was also a cup with cigarette butt's in the garden
