Great house for a big group /family . Very clean and beautiful looking in a great location

− The master bed wasn't comfortable at all . I had to sleep opposite as it was hurting my back . Think it needs to be checked
The property was very quite and spacious, great for a family stay.

Only good aspect of the property was the location and size of the Villa. It was extremely overpriced and very poor maint
1.0The location and size of the bathrooms, bedrooms and living area including the kitchen.
− Lack of cleaning - oven, upstairs balcony and outdoor furniture and BBQ. Table upstairs was broken, air conditioning was not working in the living area downstairs and blocked basin in the upstairs bathroom.
Had a wonderful time with family. Did the sea lion swim tour. Best experience ever
8.0Location 50m from beach. Good for large family or 3 couples. Not far to Lancelin sand dunes for 4WDing
For the price we paid for the property, I would have expected more.
7.0The location was only a short walk to the beach
− The cleanliness of the property was poor and there weren't enough chairs for the sitting room. As it was very warm, some ceilings fans would have been beneficial instead of running the air conditioner all the time. The shower head also needed replacing.
