Really good property. I would definitely stay again.
8.0Keys were kept about a quarter of a mile away in a store where you submit a code and the shop keeper issues the keys. The shopkeeper did not know where the property was as he has keys for lots of properties. But the process was easy enough.
− I'm a H&S consultant who specialises in fire safety. I noticed the smoke detectors were not affixed on the ceilings in the property which put me at risk in the event of a fire. I have let the property know about this during my stay.

1.0The property is in good location in east London overlooking the Regent Canal. That’s the only positive aspect of this property
− The building is relative old and the apartment would benefit from a better maintenance. One of the the blind was broken and was not possible to access the terrace from the living area. Wooden floor on the terrace is rotten. Key collection is time consuming as the pick up location is 15 min walk (not ideal with the luggage). During my stay the washing machine flooded the apartment causing the apartment to be impracticable for two days. Property is not willing to compensate.
