Worst experience I've had in Oberkochen so far

− Smoking: People have been smoking in the apartment and the smell didn't go, even with stossluften. Cleanliness: The towels were dirty. Communication: No reaction upon asking for support with the wifi or on the smoke smell.

Im Prinzip gut -
6.0Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage eines ebenfalls sehr ruhigen MFH. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für 3-4 Personen vorhanden, Töpfe und Pfannen in mehreren Größen. Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserko cher, Toaster , Filterkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle- alles funktionierte.
− Es befand sich dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Die Toilette spülte uns nach der 2. Nutzung Dinge hoch, die wir eigentlich nicht sehen wollten - Beides konnten wir aber mit heißem Wasser und vorhandenem Spülmittel beheben. Bisschen herausfordernd war der verminderte Druck der Gastherme (bemerkt während des Duschens 😞) konnten dies aber auch selbständig beheben, dankenswerterweise war eine To-do-Liste, die mit gesundem Menschverstand lesbar war und ein Wasserschlauch vorhanden. Eigentlich nichts Schlimmes, aber für eine FeWo, die ich bezahlt habe finde ich bisschen viel Eigenleistung.

− Besteckschublade auf der Küchenablage, Wasserhahn Küche nicht befestigt. Badunterschrank Tür nicht fest.
