9.0Это обычная, нормальная квартира, не супер новая, но очень чистая, и есть всё для комфортного проживания. Хозяин встретил лично, дружелюбный, всегда был на связи. Мы не имели сложностей или проблем
− Ночью на улице собираются люди низшего социального статуса, громкие крики и ругань не редкость...
自宅のようにくつろげた
9.0清潔で、キッチンには調理器具、食器などが揃っており、 コーヒーやお茶、ジャム、クラッカーなどこまやかな配慮がされていました。テラスもあるので、洗濯も快適にできます。海外長期滞在時にゆっくりと自分達のペースで過ごせてありがたい場所でした。ヴェネツィア本島へもバスで一本でいけるので、程よい距離感です。 オーナーが直接迎えてくださり、丁寧に使い方などの説明をしてくださったのも好印象です。 ぜひまた滞在したいです。
− オーナーや施設に問題はありませんが、周りの環境に少し不安を感じます。早朝、マンションの入り口前に若者集団がたむろしており、子供には見せたくない状況でした。集団に遭遇したのは一度だけなので、タイミングが悪かったと思うことにします。

10.0Sehr guter Service und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Top Balkon für Frühstück und Abendessen. Ringsum um die Wohnung hat es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars + Restaurants. Gerne wieder
− Lage sicher etwas weiter außerhalb > war uns aber bewusst und kein Problem. Dafür war es sehr ruhig.

10.0Logement très spacieux, confortable. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Le logement est situé non loin de la gare de mestre et les bus pour aller à Venise sont à proximité. Nous recommandons fortement.
