− There was a roach inside the room, the toilet did not have water. It is basically a store built into an apartment.

1.0− This booking is not an apartment as implied in the name of the booking. It is located on the second floor of a strip mall that has several businesses operating throughout the day. The room is a conversation of what should be a store into a room. The communication from management is below average.

6.0Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. L’emplacement est excellent, idéal pour découvrir La Paz. En revanche, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes : évacuation des toilettes difficile, chasse d’eau fonctionnant très mal, faible pression dans la douche avec un pommeau entartré, ainsi que des odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner que la personne en charge de la maintenance a été très gentille et réactive à chaque fois que nous l’avons sollicitée. Dommage, car la localisation est vraiment parfaite, mais le logement manque d’entretien sur ces points essentiels.
