8.0Gute Verkehrsanbindung, fußläufig 5 min von der Station Finsbury Park entfernt. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf im Umfeld. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
− Das Umfeld mit den Hochhäusern wirkt im ersten. Moment etwas abschreckend. Die Anlage ist aber gepflegt. Die Bausubstanz ist eher einfach. Dünne Abflussrohre mahnen zur Vorsicht bei der Verwendung von Toilettenpapier. Die Heizung lässt sich schlecht steuern, hier hat der Vermieter aber Verbesserungen angekündigt.

8.0Super fijne locatie, 2 minuten van metro station Finsbury Park, in 15 minuten sta je bij Oxford Circus. Best een ruim appartement, fijn 2 aparte slaapkamers, prima woonkamer. Keuken en badkamer zijn wat verouderd.
