1.0Ended up having to book another place due to lack of communication from the property and they didn't have electricity only to tell me when I was about to go to the place... 😒

1.0The outside is very nice well kept
− You can’t have a person who does your gardening be the receptionist and housekeeper at the same time that’s ridiculous. We arrived Friday area had no electricity we asked if it was load shedding they said yes electricity would be back shortly we asked if they sure they said yes we paid did electricity come? NO! Did they provide any torches/ lights? NO! We were made to stay in the dark with nothing we asked for refund we were told no. How you expect people to pay full amount and don’t give refund for them to go look for better accommodation we showered with cold water all weekend stayed in the dark and no one cared. They only care about money stop taking bookings if you know people won’t get value for money. Invest in new bath towels that can’t be it

3.0The caretaker was very friendly.
− No undercover carport or garage, it was raining hard and we were worried with hailstorm. Privacy as staying with other people and using same bathroom is not ideal. Gate access is through security, sometimes you want that access so you dont have to worry about calling someone for entry or exiting. Shower was not operating well. No dstv option. Limited pots for cooking.

10.0The place is sooo nice and clean. The caretaker by the name of Innocent he was soook welcoming he made sure we settled in nicely we loved his hospitality and his kindness he was like family... Everything about S. K. E is perfection.
