− Property needs good cleaning; ground floor carpet need replacement. Also, sofa set is not comfy.

1.0The house itself was ok,
− The dreadful attitude of the staff and the huge amount of foul smelling rubbish left directly by the front door and nearby made this stay abysmal. We were advised that the cleaning crew were delayed, so check in would have to be 5:30pm instead of 4pm. These things happen, so we went food shopping. However when we returned and opened the lock box with the code, it was empty. There were 2 lock boxes, so we assumed that the key would be in the second lock box but the adviser on the telephone was extremely rude and didn't believe us. It took another 2 hours to track down someone who was able to help and give us the code for the 2nd box to get in. Despite saying that someone would come and collect the rubbish, this never happened and it was right by the front door for the entire stay. I wish I could attach photos to show the extent of the rubbish left by the property. Do not use this company, they are dreadful and do not care about the welfare of their guests.
