Appartement rénové et agréable, excellent accueil, mais situation bruyante et manque de vaisselle

L’appartement est rénové et très agréable à vivre. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des hôtes, ainsi que la présence de la machine à laver et de la télévision, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.

− Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : la situation de l’appartement, qui est assez bruyante, et le manque d’équipements, notamment très peu de vaisselle.

The place was easy to walk to from ercolano scavi station , there were all the shops and restaurants you can wish for and the apartment was absolutely beautiful, the bed, the decoration, everything was absolutely what we could hope for especially considering the price.

− There is a kitchen, very new but unfortunately not with the most basic things so it was useless in most ways, even two sets of commond plates, cutlery and something to cut or serve your food with were too much to hope for . There were lots of towels and bed sheets but half a roll of toilet paper for two people for four days, one old cloth, and one new kitchensponge one kitchen towel and a few bottles with different types of cleaning stuff and even only cold water was what we had to get the place clean with. And we were expected to have whatsapp,we dont and i booked it through booking.com and there is no way im getting a second app to rent a small place for four days , but it was a real problem to communicate with whoever was taking care of the place, they never introduced themselves,it was several young men that seemed to work together and we communicated through a young woman that seemed to be a friend of one or all of them, it was very confusing and it left us with a sense of not having the option of asking when we werent sure of things. We did mostly have a nice stay, the place was wonderful in itself , but there is room for improvement, and it would not even take a lot of money or effort, so we will try to look at the reviews before we go to ercolano next time, it would really be nice to stay there if the basic kitchen and cleaning things are provided and they find a better way to communicate

Very close to the archaeological site

− Wifi was very weak, had to stand in the window to get any sync of messages etc. Parking was supposedly to be provided but they just found us a must-leave-early spot on the street.

a nice and quiet appartment. easy reach to train station, restaurants, cafes, supermarket. Walking distance to Portici and the Herculaneum historical site.

− lack of wifi, was told to go to the balcony. no bedside lamp, nothing to put your shower gel in the shower.
