Pics are old. Things have changed. I would say this place would be worth $200-$250 per night, not $400 for sure
5.0Proximity to the beach. If you walk under the house, the entrance is literally 1/2 block away. My 78 year old mother is as able to walk there with her walker

− The only thing that we did not enjoy was the way the water smells. This is completely out of our hosts hands and seems to be an issue with most places in Carolina beach.
We did enjoy our family beach time, not letting the room issues be a deal breaker.
5.0The location was a short walk to beach, complete kitchen with plenty of room for a family.
− The room needs some updating & a better cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable, floor was filthy, very uncomfortable living & dining furniture. Three TV's & not one was working. The vents were full of dust. Linens have seen better days.
We enjoyed our stay, otherwise it was perfect for our family thanks for having us.

− We wasn’t sure about trash, that should be stated in the messages sent out about dish washing and things, also the shower curtains are way past time to be changed.

9.0It was a good location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I liked having access to a washer and dryer, having 4 kids, they make a lot of dirty laundry.
− It was my first experience with keyless entry, I wasn't sure what I was doing, but I figured it out.
