− Staff on site were confused, our bookings for activities were either cancelled or changed to a different time. Bar area was scruffy and unclean.

7.0Location as always lovely we have stayed there a few times
− Took our grand daughter and our autistic great grandson but few issues the heating wouldn't turn off we was very hot and uncomfortable but biggest issue was decking is sinking and my great grandson tripped where boards are uneven so they had to go home as upset him .we only ever stay k144 so paying that money for that upset is upsetting for us he cut his knee and being autistic he was so excited but he was very upset so money just wasted as there holiday cut short .we l9ve k144 so very upset

− Had to get security out as no instructions on working heating .electric tripped so had to get to maintenance out for that and last day we packed up car had paid early check in late checkout till 12 nipped into hunstanton at 11.30 came back at 10 to 12 cleaners had been in and emptied fridge and disposed of contents assuming we had left but they had entered the lodge before our check out time of 12 .few issues this time
