9.0Absolutely excellent. I stay in a lot of similar facilities and this was very good. Absolutely perfectly clean, attentive turn to detail woth scents and other kitchen clean up facilities, fridge perishables and the added touch of the curtain around the bed to keep it dark. It was great. Full size fridge and comfy bed and couch woth a smart TV to log in a stream from. Excellent location on a quiet street. Gardens are well manicured. What else do you want?

Modern suburban backyard retreat
9.0We really did enjoy our stay. Looks like the pictures (there's two studios next to each other in the backyard). Very clean, nice and bright, the blockout curtains that divide the bed from the rest of the space worked a treat at night. Modern, usable appliances. Very convenient to get to the city via bus, nice suburb and close to the entertainment centre. Host was friendly and checked if we needed anything, promptly bringing some more loo roll over for us. It's a great size, perfect for a slow paced stay, never felt cramped or too cozy. Enjoyed the little decorations and the handy trays and side tables.
− The planes overhead can be quite loud, but they don't fly at night so we slept well and they aren't constant. WiFi was a little patchy at times.

10.0This is probably the best accommodation we have stayed in at someone's house. The host is very friendly, the facilities are top notch and tyke whole place is extremely comfortable
