− Not as displayed (ex: there are numbers of chairs missing at dining table), camping tent is broken (dangerous for kids) nails coming out from the wood, broken furnitures, the property not clean properly.

10.0What you see is what you get. Book it before it gone! 1. I was concerned the house would be different from what's posted online. Sit back relax, just check in. 2. Every room ensuites with bathroom - this is perfect! 3. Location is convenient, near to Centrum mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. 4. Host is always contactable. Check-in instructions sent to me shortly after booking. Special request was kindly considered and agreed too, thank you host! Stop scrolling, just book!
− Fix the tent. The structure is not good anymore. One night I was inside with my niece, one stick dropped, hit her head then my neck. Pooom wide awake!

8.0We had a good stay at Emerald Avenue Apartments. We had more then enough beds. The bath rooms were small but sufficient. The view from the balcony was very nice. We were able to walk to the strawberry farm nearby.
− The beds were quite hard. And one bedroom had a mouldy smell. For most visits of tea plantations etc. transport is needed. We did not have a car but managed to hire a car with driver.
