9.0Comfort and convenience in the heart of La Cala. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Spotlessly clean and lots of unexpected extras such as washing tablets and toiletries. Our host Inmaculata was so friendly and helpful.

1.0− This place is a disaster, the phone number provided is disconnected! Was not able to locate the prpoerty ofr personnel. Local police informed us that this was a well known scam. We were forced to make alternative accommodation arrangements elsewhere. Expect Booking.com to refund our money
Ubicación magnífica, estancia pésima.
4.0La ubicación del apartamento es magnífica porque está a escasos metros de la playa.
− 1) De primera hora no se menciona en el anuncio que haya que ir a otro pueblo (Fuengirola) a recoger las llaves a la puerta de la oficina de la inmobiliaria. Cuando llegamos las llaves no estaban allí, habiendo comunicado por Booking nuestra hora de llegada, la cual nadie nos confirma. Esto se resolvió rápido gracias al marido de la persona que limpia que nos acercó las llaves. 2) La atención del anfitrión es pésima. Estuvimos desde las 10:30 del segundo día llamándole para que nos resolviera un problema porque los ventiladores de la habitación no funcionaban correctamente. Dos no funcionaban y al del techo no se le podía apagar la luz. No nos resolvió el problema ese día y a las 20:30 de la tarde quería que fuésemos nosotros a comprar uno, y tuvimos que dormir dos noches en el sofá cama. Por tanto, la mitad de nuestra estancia en un sofá cama incómodo. 3) El ventilador del salón sonaba (al menos ahí si había aire acondicionado). 4) Algunas luces estaban fundidas. En definitiva, está mal cuidado y la atención por parte de la persona encargada es pésima.

− Dos días antes de llegar nos comunicaron y forzaron a recoger y llevar las llaves a ¡11 kilómetros! No tengo palabras...... No he visto nada igual. Nos dejaron sábanas dobladas mojadas, que no sabíamos si estaban sucias o limpias No contestaban a llamadas ni mensajes

− It’s a pity the balcony had been enclosed by windows and canopy, fortunately I was able to open one of the windows.
