Great Location, Horrible Cleanliness
4.0The property itself was a good location to where we needed.
− The entire condo looked like it hadn't been clean. There were items under the bed and dresser from previous tenants. Giant balls of dust everywhere. Rips in the screen, a hole in the bathroom wall, the towels hadn't been laundered so they looked grey instead of white, the couches were broken and didn't extend and it was the middle of July and we only had one tiny portable AC unit to try to cool it down. The refrigerator had an orange stain all on the inside. It was not a pleasant stay at all because I was afraid to use anything because of the lack of cleanliness.

7.0It had a toaster oven!! This is the first property we’ve rented with one. It was homey and clean. Quiet. Upgraded fairly well for an older unit. Smooth checkin. Fast elevators.
− Management company had the wrong internet network and password, so we had no internet for the first 2-3 days of our stay plus trying to deal with spectrum coming out and meeting with us was a mess. Shuttling from parking lot to condo was a pain. Only 3 unloading spots in front of the hotel, so sometimes weren’t even allowed up to drop off groceries or people. Only enough hot water for 2 people to shower before ice cold.
