Here’s a polished review that keeps your warm, genuine style: We had a wonderful stay at this property in Palm Springs. The apartment is immaculately decorated, spotlessly clean, and feels bright, welcoming, and homely from the moment you walk in. The facilities are excellent, with great air-conditioning, a ceiling fan in the main living area, and ducted cooling throughout, which was very much appreciated during the warm Palm Springs weather. Thoughtful extras such as sunscreen, after-sun lotion, and pool towels really added to the experience and showed great attention to detail. The location is ideal, with the pool just a two-minute walk away and an easy 10-minute stroll into the downtown Arenas Road district. The on-site laundry facilities were also excellent and very easy to use via a smartphone app. Edward was fantastic to deal with from the initial booking right through to checkout—friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

Our host made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very nice, kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is located within walking distance from downtown so we were able to walk to most places. Apartment was very secure and private. Highly recommend the Biarritz!

Lovely, spotless apartment with beautiful mountain views.

Overall my stay was very good other than the things I mentioned.

I liked the location and the staff. Very attentive and helpful. I liked the way the place was decorated and had everything u needed in the kitchen.

− Because I have back problems, the bed was very soft and did not feel as supported. I also was not a fan of how close the Main Street was to the apartment. I could hear all the cars pass by throughout the whole day, including at night. I had to wear ear plugs bc it was so loud. It also would have been better if they had blackout curtains in the room. Maybe that would help with some of the sound from outside and also the sun in the morning.

We liked everything about this apartment and our stay there, we'd definitely stay there again.

Very good location with allocated, secure parking. Good size apartment for 2 people with very nice mid century modern style furnishings. A very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. We liked that the apartment had a front and rear balcony, with views over the pool and tennis court areas and the mountains beyond from the rear balcony. We also liked the pool area and the availability of a laundry room. The communication from the owner, Edward, was excellent. All enquiries were answered very quickly.
