9.0The property was very nice clean and secure. The manager was helpful with any questions I had and the roof top setting is great.
− Parking is the only reason I give the place 9/10 instead of 10/10. During the weekends parking is free on side streets.
Comfortable stay
10.0We really liked the keyless access to the building, room, and building facilities. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. The terrace was as added bonus.
− While the process from booking to arrival/departure was smooth, parking was not. The lot next to the location closes after business hours. If you have to pay $18/day to park, it would be beneficial if the host and the parking lot owner would collaborate to offer guest a pass to access parking, even if there was an additional fee.

Avoid! We were blamed for damage that we had not done!
3.0The apartment was large and nice. The location was central.
− There were socks and underwear under the bed and the neighborhood was not as expected. Really the downside of it all, though, was that the manager later accused us of having broken his shower - instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of having to wait for our shower until a repair guy showed up because the handle of the shower had simply fallen off at the slightest touch. The repair guy even said that had happened before in this apartment. And still the manager is now trying to blame it on us and wants to invoice us for maintenance repair. In addition, he became very offensive and unfriendly in the booking.com chat. That's why despite the nice apartment I cannot recommend booking with Kislak.
