Great location and views but need some maintenance.
7.0Views and location fantastic alone amazing place to stay the terrace was amazing and a great add on to the property holding it higher the rating.
− 1.Smoke alarm going off every night. 2.No key to patio bunk bed room and a child in there not secure. When asked unable to provide key. 3. Kitchen glasses and equipment needed washing before use. 4. Bedroom with unsuite injuries to legs from end of bed frame many time over the stay. 5. Needs a good gutting to clean areas shower heads underneath things utility etc... otherwise beds clean etc... 6. Need some overall tlc windows wouldn't open on some and was very hot in there.
Beautiful - amazing views – the area is a very fun seaside town to visit with a beautiful beach.

A great option for a family or a group of friends staying in Woolacombe.
9.0Superb views, decent walking access to Woolacombe (tricky for people with mobility issues due to steep steps on the footpath down to the road, although expected at the coast!), on the bus route for Mortehoe’s stunning walks etc. Already missing BBQing while looking out over the bay!

6.0The views were lovely and a quiet area too. Lovely patio area. Owner very friendly and helpful.
− The only grass area for the dog was for the above flat. The lighting in the kitchen is poor, most of the bulbs were out but the owner did replace them. Just needs a little TLC, new plates, glasses etc. The woodburner needs replacing, shower in the ensuite not great. A little far out from town, steep hill, but doable.
