− The kitchen and bathrooms should be given a little more emphasis on utilities, to be a little clearer, they should require a little investment.

− This is student accommodation, so the two so called bathrooms were shower cupboards! Extremely small! Bedrooms were a reasonable size as were the kitchen and lounge. But the decor is very tired and just functional.

− Definitely not an apartment in Jesmond with parking. Actually a very poor standard house in the run down area Shieldfield. Parking was on the street with a non-valid parking permit. House was dirty, damp and in poor condition. The situation was made worse by a stench of air freshener so strong I was coughing and wheezing. I had to leave and returned home.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
