8.0The views! The property was very spacious with multiple outdoor areas. Plenty of linens. The kitchen was well stocked. The property also came with fun board games. Master bedroom was fantastic with beautiful views and an excellent ensuite.
− The driveway was steep and the property description didn't speak to needing a 4WD/AWD vehicle. Carpets were stained. Living room could use more seating and better arrangement. Living room TV tucked into a corner. Needs more places to hang towels for multiple guests.

9.0The views are gorgeous! Peaks Peak and Garden of the Gods are beautiful to look at throughout the day. Plenty of room for making family dinners. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a nice bunk room to stay in.
− There were pet stains throughout the house, and it also had a slight pet odor. We had to clean out the master shower drain so it would drain properly
Mid century modern home in the mountains
10.0Location was beautiful! Home sits at the top of the hill in a great neighborhood. The views were amazing. Home was very clean and as described in the listing. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. Bedrooms were comfortable. Our family had a great stay here and would love to return again in the future!
