10.0It was indeed brand new, very clean and modern, very comfortable. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. If anything, the apartment is larger and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.
− Controlling the heating system was difficult. My son-in-law figured it out but I couldn't. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are up a flight of stairs which wasn't a problem for us, but anyone who can't negotiate stairs should stay somewhere else.
We have stayed in the larger one and the two bedroom, and loved both places. Highly recommend.

9.0We had good instructions from our hosts for our stay and they checked in with us via email on a regular basis. Parking was excellent, access to the unit was great, everything was clean and comfortable! The bedrooms and full bath were upstairs, so not for mobility impaired.

− There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. However the TV downstairs wasn’t working correctly but wasn’t a big deal to us.
Lovely accomodations, would most definitely recommend and would stay here again!
10.0Location very close to the downtown area with designated parking - very easy to come and go! Comfortable beds and clean fluffy linens. The places is brand new and all of the furnishings are comfortable and decor was well done. It was super comfortable. Hosts checked in on us and offered any assistance if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!
− Not a deal breaker AT ALL - but we enjoy keurig coffee makers when we stay places. To be fair there is a regular coffee maker (brand new) and it did just fine. Also would have liked extra blankets for using on the couch, but again - not a huge deal (we just used the ones from the ends of the beds).
