− Absolutamente todo. - La habitación no estaba en condiciones (falta de pedazos de pisos, la ducha no funcionaba correctamente), ruido constante de maquinas (caldera y aire acondicionado), uno de los colchones estaba muy desgastado y se marcaban los resortes (imposible dormir ahi). No cumplieron con lo que indicaban en la publicación: - Indicaban traslado desde o hacia el aeropuerto (gratis). No solo no me lo dieron sino que tampoco me ayudaron a resolverlo. - Las bicicletas que indicaban tener a disposición, son PAGAS MEDIANTE UNA APP. - Hay que abonar una tasa del complejo que NO ESTA INDICADA EN LA PUBLICACIÓN. TE LO COBRAN CUANDO HACES EL CHECK IN. - Hay una retención por seguro/garantía que NO se puede hacer en efectivo, solo tarjeta, Y TE LO DEVUELVEN EN 10 O 12 DIAS POSTERIOR AL CHECK OUT (UNA LOCURA). - Nadie te acompaña a revisar la unidad una vez que te retiras. - No te brindan ayuda ni soluciones a lo que pueda surgir. Toda comunicación fue mediante Whapp sin obtener respuesta positiva.

Be aware that this is a short term rental apartment, many people stay here every week. Besides our most efforts to keep everything clean and tidy, please do not leave kids unattended on the properties.
