8.0My guest enjoyed his stay here. The proximity to the beach is very nice. The hosts were very helpful.
Port Talbot Stay
9.0I liked that there was parking near the place of stay. Furthermore, that the rooms were fairly clean including the washroom. The location is close to the beach and supermarkets which is convenient for families.
− The stay is situated near a derelict multi storey carpark which means the surrounding area is not scenic as some may be expecting. Unfortunately the rear garden good do with some work and was not utilised whilst we stayed. Apart from this rooms are fairly spacious and living room TV is big enough for a family to view.
Fantastic but cleaning products need to be improved.

− Absolutely Disgusting – A Stain on Booking.com's Reputation This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience of my life. We were so appalled that we left after only a few days, unable to endure another moment in this nightmare. From the moment we walked in, the place reeked of something truly horrible. It was a pervasive, nauseating smell that clung to everything and made it impossible to relax or even breathe comfortably. It felt less like a hotel room and more like an uncleaned animal stable. To make matters infinitely worse, one of the beds actually collapsed during our stay. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a serious safety hazard and utterly unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer lodging. We immediately issued a complaint, detailing these shocking conditions, but were met with absolute silence. We received no answer whatsoever, which only adds insult to injury and highlights a complete disregard for guest well-being. JUST LOOK AT THE POHOTOS Frankly, Booking.com is embarrassing itself by allowing such a deplorable "stable" to advertise on its platform. This property is a disgrace and should be removed immediately. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy filth, broken furniture, and being completely ignored when things go catastrophically wrong.
