− Sadly, it was not clean sufficiently enough from previous guest There was food stains in the fridge Crumbs of food on the top bunk Very dusty shelf’s I had to deep clean the unit on our first day as it felt unclean Couch set needs to be replaced - not comfortable at all

6.0Basic. Enough for us. No complaints. Everything worked, good air conditioning in both bedrooms. Could also be in the living room. Good bed and the second bedroom was nice too. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The sofa could be renewed. I got the room number too late. An hour before check-in. I had to wait at the gate for 3 hours because I didn't have wifi and I only had a Finnish sim card in my phone. And the number that was on the booking com. website wasn't in use. I borrowed the guards' phone and got help from a friend that I could read the message that was on the booking.com website. I thought there was a reception where I could get the key.
− Everything was okay. The living room was sometimes too hot and the sofa was old. I still thought the price was too high for what I got.

6.0Location is fantastic. Security is tight. Great swimmingpool. Grill and dining area. Reliable and fast water delivery. No mosquitoes Great bedroom spaces Wonderful host- Maimai (5 stars).
− Bathroom: Untidy look - needs repainting. Sink flush knob malfunctioned. Broken door knob from the inside since day 1. No toilet paper upon arrival. Weak shower. No warm water on day 1. Super warm -untolerable hot shower and couldn't be adjusted from day 2. No handtowels. Living room and kitchen: No dish cloth for drying (contacted the host and got 1 piece super small towel) No handtowels (contacted the host and got 1piece super small towel). One of the plastic indoor plants was unstable. It kept falling, and all of them took the limited space in the living room - they are huge and in the way- not senior and child friendly. We were welcomed by 2 small cockroaches on day 1. Never saw them the rest of our stay. Water dispenser: cold and hot function not working. Noise: Not soundproof - You hear everything around. We weren't able to sleep well for 7 nights due to the noise.

− Security didn't let us in because the request wasn't forwarded to them. No instructions how to do a self check in. Shower head was broken. A/C didn't work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There were cockroaches and bugs in the toilet and kitchen area. Had to move hotels the next day to keep our sanity.
