8.0La proximité du centre ville,la superficie du logement, la literie.
− A notre arrivée le ménage n'était pas fait,les draps n'étaient pas changées ,les serviettes de bain n'étaient pas changées, apparemment il y a eu un bog. Merci à la personne qui est venue en urgence faire le nécessaire.

− Douche afvoeren waren verstopt. Water loopt door het plafond naar beneden. Basis materialen zoals tassen en glazen zijn niet voorzien voor de 8 mensen. Stop voor de afvoer in keuken niet aanwezig, je kan zelfs niet afwassen. Glazen waren vuil. Aankleding in het algemeen is heel sober. Stoelen in keuken zitten los.
