10.0It was a perfect place for us. Great kitchen, well equipped. Very comfortable space.
− Only suggestion is to kill the large amount of poison ivy in the driveway.

9.0There was a ton of space considering the price. Loved having two bathrooms. Location was very walkable and safe. Felt very clean. Very well stocked. Easy checkout.
− Bed was a little hard. Could hear upstairs tenant (and their dog) walking around at middle of night.

9.0The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family vacation. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while visiting Durham. The hosts were easy to work with and their communications during our visit were great.
