We did not like this property at all. Even our own home could not get that dirty. It was not well prepared for a guest. It was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The towels, pillows, and couches smelled bad and were uncomfortable.

− Nothing in this property was worth spending any amount of money. We were charged over $600, including fees and taxes, for this property just for staying one night. Our night was not good. We could not sleep, and my kids got sick the next day because of the cigarette smell in this property. We arrived at 7:30 at night and vacated the next morning. I spent my first hour cleaning the property to make it work for us. However, it was so filthy that a professional cleaner was needed to clean it. The pool and spa were dirty. This property is not well-maintained. DO not be fooled by the pictures online. It looks good in pictures but not when you are there in person. They will only provide leftover shampoo from previous renters. This property is very unsanitary. I was charged a cleaning fee, but we cleaned as soon as we arrived because it was so filthy. My whole family did not get sleep. If we arrived early, we would not have entered the unit. The cigarette smoke smell welcomed us. It was dark and raining when we came; we did not have the means to look for a different accommodation. It was the most frustrating vacation for us. The next day, we moved to a nice hotel with an oceanfront view, and it was cheaper than what this property charged us. Never again.

Fantastic location and pool real bonus. Extra facilities such as chairs for beach etc. great.

It was walking distance to port Canaveral and the beach!

− It was all good.

If I stayed here again, I would get a bottom unit.

It is close to the beach.

− Way too many stars. You have stairs to get to the front door and two sets of stairs to climb inside. The lock to the front door needs to be replaced and updated.

Not really a comfortable place

The host was generous with towels.

− All the high top chairs were not comfortable. After the beach the only place to sit to unwind was on the fabric couch. The toiletries seemed to be leftovers from former guests -- including used bars of soap! The kitchen had a lot of leftover spices too (many stale). There were plenty of appliances but no empty cabinet to put our food. The King upstairs bedroom is not private, because of the air opening in the wall. The bedside lamp is too tall to use. Q bedroom had no reading lamp. Also, the view was disappointing.
