2.0We got there and key code didn’t work. I texted and called and finally got them. They asked if I was at a different house. No. They said they had changed our property but we had never been notified. There are 4 senior women and when we checked the other property, it had 2 beds and 2 bunk beds. Totally unacceptable. They have promised a full refund but we had to scramble to find a hotel with a looming thunderstorm and lightning storm.
