Good place to stay if away most of the day, just need a bed, laundry, and quck meal

− Underfurnished, functional but not homey or comfortable, strong smell of cleaner in hallway, dirty carpets in hallway; arrival day communication from hosts not received in morning as expected, confusion between access code and Booking code made entrance awkward

3.0The apartment had a wonderful location had all the appliances necessary for a full stay including kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.
− Despite all positive aspects of the apartment my stay was overshadowed after finding a BEDBUG in the bed sheets full of blood (probably mine) the last day of my stay, even though the apartment was apparently cleaned. This is certainly something that travelers do not want to take back to their homes. After sharing this information with the manager and sharing photos of the BEDBUG, there was not even an apology or acknowledgment that it was in fact a BEDBUG (see photos below). Instead he just simply said that he will send this information to the cleaners without any accountability, and initially tried to make me believe that this was a ladybug.
